Minerals
are essential for your body to be able to use
vitamins, proteins, enzymes, sugars, fats, other
nutrients, to secrete hormones, as a catalyst
for enzyme function and to maintain the correct
acid-alkaline balance of tissues and blood.
Too often the difference between vibrant health
and serious debilitating disease is - minerals.
While we are now in the habit of taking herbal
and vitamin supplements these work better in a
more mineralised body. Thus, any food source
very high in absorbable natural minerals will be
particularly valuable in our daily diet.
DOSE:
Adults: One teaspoon (one capful) daily well
diluted in water or juice preferably with the
evening meal.
Children: In water or juice, on drop per year of
age daily to 6 years, 7-12 years one half
teaspoon.
